Hennie Serfontein

Born in Kroonstad in the Free State, Hennie grew up in Bellville and matriculated at Hoërskool Bellville. He obtained his BCom LLB degree from Stellenbosch University before joining the South African Police Service as a Legal Advisor.

In 1990, Hennie joined DKVG as a Candidate Attorney and, on his admission as an Attorney in 1992, became a Professional Assistant. He was appointed as a Director of the firm in 1997.

Hennie heads up the conveyancing department in the Cape Town branch. He is a respected expert in correspondent conveyancing and property developments on behalf of various developers. Hennie has extensive experience in the registration of bonds, all aspects of sectional titles, consolidations, subdivisions, and general conveyancing.

Hennie is a member of the Kaapstad Sakekamer (Cape Town Business Chamber). He is also a keen jogger.
