Ntuthuko Msomi

Ntuthuko grew up in the township of KwaMashu in Durban, where he played street soccer with his friends. He developed his love of reading at KwaMashu’s library, and went on to obtain his LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2008. Ntuthuko was admitted as an Attorney in 2009, and relocated to Cape Town two years later. He joined DKVG in 2015, and was appointed as a Director in 2021. Ntuthuko lives with his family in the Southern Suburbs and is based at the Claremont branch.

Ntuthuko heads up DKVG’s labour department, and is particularly interested in labour law, administrative law, and Road Accident Fund claims. He has handled cases in the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, and High Courts throughout South Africa.

Ntuthuko is experienced in arbitration and mediation involving commercial, family, administrative, and other disputes. He has experience in judicial tribunal matters, school disciplinary hearings, and matters concerning human rights.

Ntuthuko enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, hiking, and watching tennis – especially Grand Slams.
